The Atios SmartCore is compatible with all major Matter ecosystems. Each ecosystem requires a Matter controller (hub) to function.

Apple Home ​

Required controller (one of):

  • Apple HomePod (all versions)
  • Apple HomePod Mini
  • Apple TV 4K

Google Home ​

Required controller (one of):

  • Google Nest Hub (2nd gen)
  • Google Nest Hub Max
  • Google Nest Wifi Pro

Amazon Alexa ​

Required controller (one of):

  • Echo (4th gen)
  • Echo Hub
  • Echo Show 8 (3rd gen)

Samsung SmartThings ​

Required controller (one of):

  • Samsung SmartThings Station
  • Samsung SmartThings Hub v3
  • Aeotec SmartThings Hub

Other ​

  • Home Assistant (via Matter integration)
  • Homey Pro

Controllers can sometimes serve multiple roles. A single product can act as both a controller and a bridge simultaneously. The Atios SmartCore functions as a Matter bridge but requires a separate controller from one of the ecosystems above for user control.
